Lily Aldridge and Caleb Followill are "thrilled to announce" that they are expecting their first baby together, E! News reports. The Victoria's Secret model, 26, and the frontman of rock group Kings of Leon, 29, said in a statement that they cannot wait to meet the new addition to their family.
It is not all that surprising that the couple, who wed last May after dating for two years, are looking to expand their family, People Magazine reports. Followill expressed his excitement about children to the news source in August.
"I can't wait to raise a family with her because she's a great woman," the singer said.
His cousin, Matthew, the group's lead guitarist, who welcomed a baby last April, said that his new tot caused his cousin bandmates to get baby fever.
