Celebrity Mom-to-be Jenna Fischer
Actress Jenna Fischer announced that she is expecting a child with her husband Lee Kirk this past May, and now it seems that her upcoming bundle of joy will be worked into her show, “The Office.” People Magazine reports that Fischer’s character, Pam Beesly, will be pregnant with her husband Jim Halpert’s child.
“The Office” writers, however, had already written that Fischer would be pregnant again, but it seems Fischer took it one step further by actually carrying her child.
“When we started shooting that episode, I thought to myself, ‘If everything goes well, this is going to be a very, very convenient coincidence,'” Fischer told the news source. “I think I found out I was pregnant when we were shooting that episode.”
The celebrity mom-to-be admits that even though it has been an overall easy pregnancy, as she did not have morning sickness. Still, she jokes to the magazine that other pregnant moms do not need to be jealous, as she’s been cursed with the abundance of cellulite.
According to New York Magazine, this will be the second baby for Fischer’s character on “The Office,” but her first with Kirk.
