Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Eat what you want. Cover and refrigerate the leftovers.
Sautéed Spinach
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
10 ounce package of fresh spinach
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and fresh spinach. Cool until the spinach is wilted. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Enjoy.
