Carla Bruni will not Release Photos of Child
Carla Bruni, former supermodel and wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, recently made it clear that she will not be releasing any photos of the child she is due to bring into the world in the coming months, People Magazine reports.
The First Lady, 43, made the statement during an interview French media on the TF1 program Sept A Huit. The interview was the first time she had ever publicly discussed the pregnancy.
She said that “you don’t have a child for the [photo] gallery,” even though she said she understands the media interest. Her position as the wife of the head of state has made her more defensive of her family, she continued.
