Put Yourself on the Newborn Sleep Schedule

This type of schedule means you can all but forget about a solid eight hours of beauty sleep at night. Your best bet is to nap while your baby naps, sleeping on the couch with the bassinet nearby or curling up in bed with the lights off for 20 minutes whenever you get a chance. Attempting to adjust to your baby’s schedule will be easier on both of you.

Your baby will start sleeping through the night eventually – it just takes time.  The good news, some infants reach this milestone before six months of age.
