Tips for the Third Trimester
Third trimester changes in mom can leave the mom-to-be feeling fatigued and overwhelmed. It is important for the expectant mom to rest as much as possible, eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids. If she experiences any unusual symptoms or if she is not sure if the changes are normal, she should consult with her physician. She will begin seeing her physician more frequently, so she should discuss any fears or concerns she has at the appointments. Soon the mom-to-be will experience the joy of bringing her baby into the world, and it is important for her to take care of herself during the last few months of pregnancy, for both her health and that of her baby’s.
