For women who follow vegan and vegetarian diets, soy products are big sources of protein. Moderation might seem impossible, but don’t throw out the tofu yet! Opt for a mix of beans, lentils and soy-based proteins. If you are concerned about soy in your and your baby’s diets, talk to your doctor or to a licensed nutritionist or dietician.
