Nausea prevention
A large number of expectant moms experience some nausea over the course of their pregnancies. Staying hydrated and avoiding smells or foods that you have discovered can trigger symptoms can help make the day more bearable.
Keep in mind that there are cases in which doctors may advise that you stop working altogether. If you have high blood pressure, a history of miscarriages or an increased chance of preterm labor, you may need to take leave earlier on in your pregnancy than is typical.
