Stay Fit While Pregnant With Low-Impact Exercise!

While keeping active and healthy during pregnancy can be challenging, walking, swimming and prenatal yoga are perfect for pregnant women interested in staying fit. The third trimester can still be enjoyed with low-impact exercise.  Always ask your doctor first and then check out a yoga class. Exercising does not have to be full of sweat and hard work. During pregnancy keep it low impact and fun. Take a swim or a stroll in the mall during the third trimester. It is still exercise with a twist and perfect for you and your baby!
