Loud busy places are most likely to welcome a family with children and a baby, than smaller quiet establishments. Check local family magazines and pamphlets that circulate at grocery stores and libraries. Often coupons and even special events will be listed and point you in the right direction.
Any place that is a chain restaurant or local family business is also welcoming of babies and their parents. Look for high chair and signs for family restrooms. These are becoming more and more common, but will be absent from restaurants babies are not specifically welcomed in.
