“Dancing with the Stars” J.R. Martinez To Be a Dad

As if winning this year's "Dancing with the Stars" competition weren't enough good news for J.R. Martinez, the Iraq war veteran-turned actor recently found out that his girlfriend, Diana Gonzalez-Jones, is having a girl, People Magazine reports.

"God has a tremendous sense of humor that he wants to continue to surround me with women," Martinez, 28, told the news outlet. "I was raised by a single mom so I think I'm sensitive to women. I just like spending time with women. I like to talk with women and listen to what they have to say."

While he is thrilled to have a girl, Martinez says he wants to get his daughter into sports as she grows up.
