If your baby is at least 9 months old, he or she may enjoy the festivities that come along with Halloween. Many shopping centers and towns have special child friendly trick or treating events that are held during the day and are designed for little ones. Since it is your baby’s first Halloween, do not be surprised if he or she is not as interested as you had hoped. This can be scary time for your child and too many new faces will be overwhelming.
Around Halloween, be careful of items such as Jack-o-lanterns with live candles and candy that can be a choking hazard. Keep your child safe, but enjoy a fun filled night.
